Dear long time Tomcat operators, I get new versions of a war file very often. Due to authorization constrains I have to place some extra security-constraints clauses into it - every time I deploy a new version.
Is there a way to tell Tomcat to get the web.xml from a different place than WEB-INF for a particular application even if the war file supplies one?
