I don't see service.bat in there. The file I am referencing is in
subversion. I suspect it gets packaged-up with the .exe installer --
the one that ships with tomcat7w.exe, etc. in the bin/ directory as
well. You said you used the ZIP distribution, so I looked there. Not
seeing that file made me suspect something was awry.
