I think my errror is similar to one error reported in https://issues.apache.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=56684
I got the error after 50 days as mentioned in the bug, I am using jdk 7 64-bit and tomcat 7.0.52, is this fixed in 7.0.55?
