[Tomcat8] Alternative for WebAppClassLoader.started

Hi,

In tomcat 7, there is a field in the WebAppClassLoader as
protected boolean started - Has this component been started?

But In Tomcat 8 this field have been remove. What is the alternative way in
Tomcat 8 for this?
