You can go to http://apachecon.com/ for more information any time, though the site isn't terribly informative. For the past few years, there have been ApacheCon conferences in North America and Europe about one per region per year. I'm personally much more likely to attend the North American conferences, simply because it's cheaper for my employer to send me.
