That usually means that the e-mail is failing to get past our spam filters. I can try and track this down in our logs but, as I'm sure you'll appreciate we get a LOT of email. The easiest way to do this is to do the following: 1. Ensure you are sending plain text email 2. Send an empty email to [email protected], cc'ing [email protected] 3. Let me ([email protected]) know if you don't get a subscription confirmation back within 10-15 minutes.
