Help debugging stream error

Hi,

I am having an sporadic error with our app that slows  a lot the responses of 
the server.
Any suggestions about how to find the cause of the error will be appreciated.

Tomcat version: Apache Tomcat/8.5.20
Java: JDK 1.8.0_191-b12
