Try putting the ssl libs in front of apr/tcnative.

In addition the directory /usr/lib contains the openssl library:

I also including these two directories in the LD_LIBRARY_PATH. For
that purpose I created a setenv.sh with the line
export LD_LIBRARY_PATH=/usr/local/apr/lib:/usr/lib
Can anyone help me with this problem?
