Thomas, It seems more trouble than it is worth. I can think of two ways that make sense to do this: 1) Bundle all the common components in a jar or series of jars, and put them in with each separate webapp, or in /shared/lib, then use separate JSPs for each 2) Have common *everything*, but define the JSPs (or whatever) to have enough logic to present the right data based on the context (that could be webapp context or user context)
