Thank you Mr. Stewart for a quick response !!! Yes sir !!! Everything (web app/configurations/settings, etc.) is the same except for the Tomcat versions with identical Tomcat settings for both versions as asked but also for up to version 9.0.93.
I was able to move from version 9.0.14 because of the stated workaround.
