There are changes to B2CConverter (meant to improve EOF handling) that
might be the cause.

It looks like a Tomcat issue. If you can provide a minimal test case
that recreates the issue then we can investigate further.
I have received a test case and can reproduce the issue. I am working on
a fix. The plan is for the fix to be in the July releases.
