Ok but that's already what I'm doing, I don't want to access different managers, I want to access all my applications in a single one, even if there are in different virtual hosts.

Is there any way to manage through Tomcat Manager applications deployed in different Virtual Hosts ?

All you should have to do is place manager.xml in each
conf/Catalina/[host] directory.
