These errors are SOLR related errors, I don't think they are Tomcat errors. I don't know SOLR at this moment, but it appears that the code is looking for some XML or Schema file and unable to read it possibly due to file read permissions on Unix or it could be due to other reasons such as path separators need to be changed from \ to / in some XML file etc (all these are wild guesses).
