Encryption algorithms usage in Tomcat

Hi,
 
Which encryption algorithms are used in Tomcat? Could I get detailed
information about usage of these algorithms in Tomcat?
 
Is there any change in encryption algorithm usage in Tomcat from v5.5.7
to v5.5.26 and v6.0.16?
