Hi, I am trying to connect remotely to Tomcat 4.1.36 via JMX, and am unable to do so. I tried to set mx.port =9000,mx.enable=true etc, in jk2.properties, and uncommented the Connector in server.xml. I am running the remote machine in java 1.4.2, and port 9000 does not seem to be enabled. I am wondering how to configure Tomcat 4.1.36 for remote management. I need to be able to access the MBeans that Tomcat has, to use them for monitoring. I was able to do the analogous monitoring for Weblogic 8.1 rather easily, but unfortunately those methods do not carry over here. If anyone has some ideas regarding this question, I'd be grateful if they could share it with me. Thanks
