but this does not seem to work, at least not when compiling using the
ant task given on the same page. I compiled a set of pages using the
ant task, touched one of the includes and then recompiled but no files
were recompiled. Is there a flag that needs to be turned on or does
the above statement only apply to a running Tomcat and not to
pre-compiling.
