Rotate stdout_xxx.log without Restart Tomcat

Hello,

It is possible to implement a log rotation for the Tomcat Default logs
(Stdout, stderr,localhost,Jakarta_service etc) ?

It is a Tomcat 6.0.14 x64 on Windows 2003 Std Ed.
