I added cachingAllowed ="false" to context.xml. but it still doesn't work.
the xml file is not the latest.
I added in TC_Home/conf/context.xml
<Context cachingAllowed="false">
<!-- Default set of monitored resources -->
<WatchedResource>WEB-INF/web.xml</WatchedResource>
</Context>
and
add it in my application_folder/META-INF/context.xml
<Context path="/syo" cachingAllowed="false" />
Is there any mistake in my configuration or are there other way to resolve
the problem
