header in Tomcat 6.x

Dear all;
How can I set header in Tomcat 6 similar to IIS, in a way that when users type 
URL:
http://mywebserver_name
it automatically forwards to my webapp URL: 
http://mywebserver_name/myweb/jsp/login.jsp
