To the defense of WinSCP, it is not a stupid program in general, at the
contrary. That is why this time discrepancy is a bit surprising.
I'll check the summer/winter stuff though, that sounds like a hint. Any
WinSCP user in the southern hemisphere care to run a quick cross-check ?
