Try with common.loader first.
Why do you have sub-folders in /lib/ ?

Be sure that you removed duplicate jars from WEB-INF/lib.
(class-loader-howto.html explains why)

I guess that either you misspelled something, or your class depends on
some other libraries that are not available.
