Except for the service wrapper, which does come in both 32- and 64-bit versions; the one used must match the mode of the installed JVM. The 64-bit service wrapper can be found here: http://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/tomcat/tc6.0.x/trunk/res/procrun/amd64/ Just replace the one that's in Tomcat's bin directory.
