I don't really know what the problem is, but I am intrigued by the above 2 lines in your logs. It looks as if mod_jk is looking for a worker whose /name/ is ajp13, but that does not seem to be reflected in the configuration files that you quoted. Are you sure that the configuration files you listed are really the ones that are being used ?
