Your question is rather vague. Want to give us some idea of what you're actually asking for, along with basic information such as Tomcat version and platform you want to use? If you just want to run multiple instances of Tomcat as services on a Windows box, just configure the ports to avoid conflicts, and use the service.bat script to install them under different names.
