Tomcat 6 SSL configuration error

hi

I've read tomcat 6 ssl configuration and
have gone through all the steps.

My problem is when i open browser and
type "https://localhost:8443/";,
then,it takes too long and at last
display error "connection was reset".

I'm using Apache Tomcat 6.0.18,
Mozilla Firefox 3.6, Jdk 1.6.0.

Please reply to me.
