I get these in tomcat console:

so I checked "server.xml" and host was like following:
<Host appBase="webapps" autoDeploy="true" name="localhost"
unpackWARs="true"
xmlNamespaceAware="false" xmlValidation="false">
it doesn't make sense, how to solve it?
