We use Debian Etch and Lenny for all our environments. Debian is nice in that their "stable" packages are /very/ stable (sometimes to a fault... for instance, we can't get MySQL 5.1 in stable Lenny, yet). We've had servers (dev/demo/production) that don't require reboots for years: usually just for a rare kernel upgrade. NB: Tomcat stays up as long as the machine does, too :) - -chris -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Version: GnuPG v1.4.10 (MingW32) Comment: Using GnuPG with Mozilla - http://enigmail.mozdev.org/ iEYEARECAAYFAkyROLoACgkQ9CaO5/Lv0PCwpgCbBTTsyr0gAVgf67JTNenvgMpt 1HsAn0It0CpAKIOgoCW+YE+mHYykOMkM =XA88 -----END PGP SIGNATURE----- --------------------------------------------------------------------- To unsubscribe, e-mail: users-unsubscr...@tomcat.apache.org For additional commands, e-mail: users-h...@tomcat.apache.org
