Yes, but I still think that forums are better, a more modern way to give and ask for support. If I have time to see other people's questions, I can go to the forum and read the postings (and answer them, if I can), it is very easy. And I also learn reading other people's questions. I enjoy that. But when I'm busy in other issues, I don't like when my emails gets full of entries. I just think web-based is better than email-based.
