Hi All, Does JSTL or Taglib come standard with Tomcat? I was running a load test on Tomcat and noticed that the processing of the end tag in the taglib was slow sometimes. I know Apache has taken over the tag lib from jakarta years ago. I was using a codeprofiler from Wiley.
