1. Tomcat7.exe and Tomcat7w.exe should be copied as <foo>.exe and <foo>w.exe where <foo> is unique for every additional service that you are installing. The file name is used to distinguish between different configurations. 2. Install them as services with different service names. BTW, Tomcat installer since 7.0.19 (7.0.17) allows you to change service name when installing and changes the file names according to the service name that you specify.
