I am trying to run the Tomcat Manager application in Tomcat 7 (7.0.18). I can't get this to work. If I go to /manager/index.jsp on my web server, the web server redirects me to /manager/html and returns a 404 error. Looking inside the manager directory under webapps, there is no html directory. Is the manager application broken?
