Hi, I don't think there is any problem with the tomcat.
Did you add the plugin properly and started the eclipse with -clean option ? Check your Tomcat version and tomcat home directory in eclipse preference. Also whether your eclipse's installed JRE is pointing to jdk directory. Thanks, Priya
