If you still don't get a response, reply to your original message and ask again, possibly providing more information. jsvc doesn't require a complex startup/shutdown script: you can easily write your own that makes sense for your environment. I also wouldn't be surprised if Red Hat has their own script(s) in their yum packages for Tomcat.
