In TomEE.2013-05-15.log I have:

service controller.

4 (Failed to run service)

Running the command that the services uses returns / does nothing :
C:\apache-tomee-plus-1.6.0-SNAPSHOT\bin\TomEE.amd64.exe //RS//TomEE
Version used: apache-tomee-1.6.0-20130515.041140-72-plus
