I think it will be complicated to test on a plain tomcat because my apps
use TomEE plus features...

Despite the exceptions, apps still work. I discovered it by accident when I
was trying to figure out why TOMEE-1545
<https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/TOMEE-1545> is not working on 7.0.1.

Something broke the server on production. I copied the install and I'm able
to simulate it locally without the symbolic link and after removing all
apps.

Any ideas?
