I am still a bit suprised but it works!
Final configuration looks like:


<Resource id="jdbc/xxx" type="DataSource">
    jdbcDriver=oracle.jdbc.xa.client.OracleXADataSource
    jdbcUrl=jdbc:oracle:thin:@xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx:1521:xxx
    UserName=xxx
    Password=xxx
    *user*=xxx  -> as You said
    *pass*=xxx -> as You said
</Resource>
