Hello, I was expected to have the same philosophy than Russian dolls for TomEE flavors but it seems that this is not the case.
For sure, TomEE MP embeds all the stuff coming from Web profile, fine, happy with that. I was expecting TomEE Plus to embed all the stuff from MP, meaning TomEE plus to be Java EE + MP stuff but it doesn't seem it is the case: do you confirm ? Other app server vendors like RedHat, IBM and Payara, if I am not be wrong, doesn't have the same philosophy. Indeed, they have a MP version and a Java EE + MP (eg full) version. This way of designing is more close to Jakarta EE philosophy, if I am not wrong, where MP specifications could be seen as incubators for Jakarta EE and so could be included in there. What do you think ? Am I totally wrong ?
