Behaviour change between TomEE 8.0.12 and TomEE 8.0.13

Hello,

I have a REST WS endpoint with the annotation @Path( v1/xxx/{ZZZ}" )
Using TomEE 8.0.11, if I target v1/xxx, I get a 404 but with TomEE 8.0.13, I 
get a 500.

Are you aware of this issue ? Is it a bug according to you ?
