had a quick look because I was thinking about some excludes, but you
need to simply remove the quotes (") from the jdbc driver declaration. Otherwise it is looking for "net.sourceforge.jtds.jdbc.Driver" instead of just net.sourceforge.jtds.jdbc.Driver (and " is removed from the log output, so difficult to see).
