it‘s a pity, 2.1.9 goes the same result as 2.1.7 on OS X 10.6.
After I terminate ATS by ctrl-c, the memory comes back.

although I set the cachedb in storage.config by "var/trafficserver 16M", is it 
possible of ATS make a all momery cache db?
