Oddly enough, proxy.config.http.connect_ports isn't explained in the online 
administrators guide but it does exist in my records.config. And 
proxy.config.http.server_ports which has an option :blind is explained in the 
administrators guide, but doesn't exist in records.config. However, no 
combination of 443, :blind and the two above configs seems to work.
