Ubuntu 12.04 builds and CI

Hi all,

with the help from Igor, we’ve got the 12.04 builds running again on the CI. In 
order to build on 12.04 yourself, you need a modern compiler, I’d recommend gcc 
4.9, from this PPA:

        https://launchpad.net/~ubuntu-toolchain-r/+archive/ubuntu/test 
<https://launchpad.net/~ubuntu-toolchain-r/+archive/ubuntu/test>

All I did, after activating the test PPA above, was

        $ sudo apt-get install gcc-4.9 g++-4.9
