with ATS 7.0 lua-jit became obviously mandatory and is built with ATS

frankly when luajit is installed on the build-machine use it instead
compile that stuff and bundle it - no linux distribution out there is
happy about bundeling and admins which build tehir own packages hate it
too - this is not microsoft windows
