I guess .. I've found way. comment out "proxy.local.outgoing_ip_to_bind"
IPTABLES -- A line === port forward to 8080 -- B line === port forward to 9090 proxy.config.http.server_ports 8080:tr-full:ip-out[A line IP] 9090:tr-full:ip-out[B line IP] right?
