trafficserver in EPEL?

The docs state that trafficserver is available in EPEL for CentOS/RHEL,
however it is not there:
https://ftp.acc.umu.se/mirror/fedora/epel/7/x86_64/Packages/t/

Is it planned to bring back to EPEL? If not, the docs should be updated.
