I just checked in the 1.2 repo and couldn't find it either. Maybe it is in a branch I didn't look at.
Anyway, what about my original question? Wouldn't having a custom headercontributor be the way to do this rather than a model that is passed to stringheadercontributor? I don't want to redo everything that is in stringheadercontributor, but am not clear how to extend it to do what I want. Just looking for any suggestions. Thanks!
