because it seems there can be quite a lot of people i have to look around where to do it. and also what kind of day because this many people then 2,3 hours in the evening is maybe a bit to little time. we could do it in a weekend on saturday (afternoon) and then maybe later on getting something to eat with the people who want that.
ofcourse we could also do it on a weekday (Friday) and start at 4.
