I am new to wicket. I have created a simple web-app which displays my name in a label. However, when I wanted to extend the web app by fetching my name from web.xml, though I was able to get the context parameters in the init method of the application class, I am not sure how to send the value to the webpage. Kindly let me know how to pass the context parameter from the application class to the webpage class. My development environment for Wicket 1.4.9 is as follows, OS : Windows XP SP3 App Server : apache-tomcat-6.0.26 JDK : 1.6.0_17
