The form just has a standard HTML reset button: <input wicket:id="reset-button" type="reset" value="Reset" />
There's no special code associated with the button. Should there be? I looked at "Wicket in Action," but it doesn't seem to address this issue. "RAM /abr./: Rarely Adequate Memory."
