How your submit button looks like ? You need to copy value from tiny to
textarea.
tinyMCE.triggerSave(true,true);
Look at the TinyMceAjaxButton and TinyMceAjaxSubmitModifier.

Validation does not work, when introduce TinyMce, Why?
